Synthetic Drugs and Immediate Cognition: Difficulties in Arrest Wagner Camargo Gouveia

Abstract

This work aims to show the difficulty for the Police Delegate to arrest a suspect for drug trafficking, considering that if the drug presented is synthetic and the initial examination to confirm the occurrence of the report is not ready immediately, since most cities in São Paulo do not have a chromatograph, the suspect is therefore under investigation, instituting a police investigation and waiting for the report to be ready, which takes days.
