Abstract
The central theme of this article is the performance of the professionals who work in Distance Education (EaD) in the context of the creative economy, in Brazil, in the contemporaneity. This descriptive multi-case study was qualitative and it was developed during the first half of 2018 in the metropolitan region of “Baixada Santista”, on the coast of the state of São Paulo, Southeastern Brazil. The main goal of the study was to analyze the potential advantages for the EaD professionals when working at coworking spaces. It was possible to verify a main advantage to the professionals/users: possibility of establishment and maintenance of network of relationships.
