Embedded Technologies: System for capturing student attendance on test days using RFID technology Felipe Vieira Mota

Abstract

The present article aims to present a prototype Web System modeled on the principles of the MVC (Model, View and Controller) model and Agile methodologies, aided by RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) sensors for the management of student attendance in the days of applications of tests in educational institutions, creating a greater degree of reliability and security for the institution, as well as allowing a better organization of the data. We hope that this prototype system will create a facilitator to assist the teacher in order to uncouple him from that responsibility by showing that technology can be used as a mitigating agent for tasks, translating them to the core of a computer system and connecting computing systems to embedded technologies such as RFID
