Technical Feasibility Study for Changing the Class of an FM Broadcaster Aldecir Barbosa de Menezes, Juarez Ramos da Silva

Abstract

This technical feasibility study aims at discussing the interpretation of the rules applied to broadcasting services, whether they are broadcasting of analogue sounds and images (analogue TV), broadcasting of digital images and sounds (digital TV), FM radio broadcasting ), AM modulation (AM, OM and OC), FM modulation, low power operation (RadCom) and its Ancillary TV services (TV Relay and TV Replay), as well as auxiliary broadcasting services and Other related (SARC). In this article, the main aspects of the service of sound broadcasting in frequency modulation will be addressed, where the techniques can be applied to the other services, observing the norms of each one.
