Abstract
The objective of this study is to analyze the practical and legal impact on the street population of the promulgation of Law 13,714 of August 24, 2018, which ensures the access of families and individuals in situations of vulnerability or social risk and personnel to comprehensive health care, regardless of the presentation of documents proving domicile or enrollment in the registry of the Unified Health System - SUS. In the course of the development of the work, it was found that, although the right to health is a fundamental right of all without distinction, the editing of the law was necessary to curb any form of discrimination of SUS access due to the social class of the person.
