Abstract
This research addresses topics related to the “business world, based on the age of ethics and transparency”, its congruences, considerations and conceptual aspects. Demonstrated through specialized literature, obtained by bibliographic research method. The analysis of the transcribed observations throughout the text, of ethical relations as a resource for acting in business management with emphasis on people, promoting effective practices that can contribute to the construction of transparent and sustainable business. Thus it is concluded that the organization outside these standards and strategies, do not contemplate ethical concepts such as social and environmental responsibility.
