Abstract
In the economic market for goods, products and services, we have transformed it into a price to be traded. We must make a distinction between value and price. There are goods and services that are not directly available in the market with price but can be valued. These are cases of environmental goods and services. Nature offers the human being free benefit, satisfaction, and well-being, which cannot be valued in the traditional economic market. The methodology applied in the valuation calculation is obtained by various techniques, depending on the objective to be achieve. In this systematic summary the hedonic method of economic valorization of the environmental resource was chosen.
