Abstract
This research explores the current problems of cooperation in the International Regime for Refugees in relation to the imbalance between the needs presented and the massive influx of refugees. The following question is asked; how to encourage States to cooperate within the International Regime for Refugees? In terms of applied methodologies, this research uses qualitative and transdisciplinary approaches. We adopt, as an epistemological basis, the dialectical-descriptive method of exploratory character to study the conception of solidarity and interest from the perspective of International Relations, Sociology and Law. As results we have identified that the discourse of solidarity as the main incentive for States is unfeasible for solving the problem and for continuing the International Regime for Refugees
