Abstract
Procrastination has been a major challenge for both professionals and students. In companies, the challenge is in the role of leadership, because procrastination leads to less production, does not achieve the imposed goals and can also compromise the quality of services provided. This paper seeks to answer what is the perception of the concept of procrastination of Lato Sensu Presencial Graduate students. Thus, an exploratory study was employed, using the field research method. The results showed that most respondents correctly perceive from the literature the concepts of procrastination and admit to having self-control to return to the focus of their professional, social or academic activities when observing that they will procrastinate.
