Abstract
The Bullying phenomenon is a type of violence in schools, increasingly sophisticated by the use of technologies, and should be differentiated from play. The present work aims to establish the intersections between the right to health of victims and the civil liability of parents when Bullying is practiced by children under the age of eighteen. The research used the method of systemic approach; of Documental and bibliographical collection; And procedural of qualitative analysis, discourse analysis. As results, the behaviors characterizing the violence in schools were obtained; The implications for the health of the victims; and the civil liability imposed on the parents of perpetrators of Bullying and/or Cyberbullying, when the children did not complete eighteen years of age.
