Abstract

Health plans often deny the inclusion of older people in the framework of their beneficiaries, a practice that they claim to be part of their contractual freedom justifying their actions, injuring and mitigating the fundamental principle of human dignity. It is noteworthy that this practice is totally abusive and that the government needs to take effective actions to enable the reception of this vulnerable group.
