Abstract
The emerging and neglected diseases are a phenomena increasingly frequent in contemporary societies. Countries that introduce labor concepts with exceeding hour journeys have been highlighted with the presence of mental illness. Diseases that are directly connected to the increased usage of social media as well, because the search for the perfect life makes some individuals wonder about the lack of happiness in their lives. The World Health Organization already recognizes the mental illnesses, such as depression, between the main pathologies of the world and the increasingly number of cases is closely linked to social, financial and even genetic factors. This work is made by the literary way, seeking to explore and inform about the illnesses so called emerging and the challenges of Health law on behalf of the population.
