Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the results of a maintenance management program, implemented in the production process of a steel industry. This program, called “Evolve”, implemented by Solving Efeso, was able to integrate the Maintenance and Operation areas in search of a common goal, to reach levels of excellence through continuous improvement, in order to support the operation of equipment in the process, ensuring the production and satisfaction of its customers. The methodology implemented requires a high degree of commitment from the people involved, breaking paradigms and valuing one of the greatest assets of a company, its employees.
