Abstract
The bronchogenic cyst presents as a benign congenital lesion that represents between 6% to 15% of the mediastinal masses. The locations and preference are paratracheal and canals. They are often asymptomatic and constitute a radiological finding, but may present symptoms of compression or irritation of adjacent structures. In the pediatric age group, it can be licalized in the mediastinum. This paper aims to study bronchogenic cysts that simulate bronchial hyperactivity in children.
