Abstract

 Indeed, the labor market changed after the tragedy that hit the world. A well-known working condition, called the Home Office, gained strength, resulting in cost reduction for companies and reduced cost and increased informality. Along with this new scenario, labor law, especially Labor Justice, according to the Federal Government, was destined to end, still in the second decade of the 21st century, which started with the extinction of the Ministry of Labor and Employment, however, Labor Justice has rediscovered its leading role in the pandemic In the same vein, the labor market has undergone and will undergo profound changes in some professions, such as health professionals who will have to work with telemedicine and the use of technological resources
