Abstract

This is the 10th year that Universidade Santa Cecília has been promoting Postgraduate Meetings, with the goal of establishing a specialized space for students of Lato sensu and Stricto sensu specialization courses (Masters and Doctorate) from all over Brazil to share and discuss their technical and scientific work.

This year marks two important dates: the 10th Meeting and the 60th anniversary of our University.

In this way, as the use of remote class transmission technology has become more common in academic circles, we decided to expand the event's boundaries this year, so that other countries could participate in our 2021 Meeting.

In this context, with restrictions on in-person meetings still in place due to the pandemic, we held the 10th International Graduate Studies Meeting (EIPG) on November 26 and 27, 2021, remotely, bringing together 23 webinars with researchers from 10 countries (Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Colombia, Denmark, Spain, the United States, Mexico, Peru, and Portugal); 8 mini-courses (with professors from Brazil and Peru) and 62 panels presented virtually, containing scientific papers previously selected and approved by the scientific committee, written by authors linked to renowned graduate programs, addressing current issues that are at the forefront of advances in human knowledge.

This international space for presenting webinars, short courses and scientific papers is of great importance for students and advisors to discuss and evaluate opinions of fellow researchers, sharing and disseminating knowledge generated in the various postgraduate programs from different parts of the world.

The high number of registrations, submitted papers and webinars and short courses offered during the event demonstrates the great interest of the technical and scientific community in high-level events.

The event, organized and held by professors and students from the different postgraduate programs at UNISANTA, has the support of Brazilian scholarship funding agencies (CAPES, CNPq, FAPESP); the SANTOS CONVENTION & VISITORS BUREAO; the UNISANTA Periodicals Portal; the NAU CIRANDA SINPAREDES Educational and Cultural Association; and is recognized by the UN - UNAI (United Nations Academic Impact) as an event of great academic impact due to its innovation and the possibility of free access that promotes great social reach.

The record of these works is consolidated in this Special Edition of the X EIPG, which has the 62 complete articles approved, with full access to the scientific community through the OJS (Open Journal System) platform via the UNISANTA journal portal at: https://periodicos.unisanta.br/index.php/ENPG/issue/view/127/showToc. It also includes the webinars recorded and indexed in this edition, whose links will also be available to review the recorded lectures, starting in December 2021.
