Demystifying Machiavelli's immorality: a justifying essay. Railson da Silva Barboza

Main Article Content

Abstract

The object of study of this work is not so much to talk about the ethical and philosophical concepts of Nicolau Machiavelli's thought, but to reinforce the important task of studying the author. From his commentators and scholars, we will see the real objectives of his writings directed to the Italian peninsula, which suffered from territorial fragmentation, in order to demystify the constructed and widespread anti-Machiavellian reductionist understanding.
