Performance in the Solid Waste Directive in Baixada Santista municipalities certified in the GreenBlue Municipality Program (PMVA) Fernando Souza de Almeida, Sonia Regina Paulino

Abstract

 The article aims to identify the results obtained by municipalities in the Baixada Santista in the Solid Waste Directive of the GreenBlue Municipality Program, with five certified cities being evaluated between 2017 and 2020. A research documentary was carried out in Resolution SMA 033/2018 and in a hotsite of the Infrastructure and Environment Secretariat of the São Paulo State. Among the results obtained, one can cite the performance of the selected municipalities, considering your general and specific scores; in addition to demonstrating continuity in the promotion of environmental public policies focused on the theme of solid waste, with advances in local actions. However, there is an absence of updated technical milestones in the municipalities.
