Abstract

This article researches the rights of citizens in Brazil, especially the right to health, from the effects of the country's current Monetary Policy, adopted by the Central Bank. This policy is responsible for managing interest rates, currency, and inflation, in addition to influencing important macroeconomic variables such as employment, income and growth. Therefore, the lives of citizens and their rights are directly impacted by it. The research methodology is characterized by the search for bibliographic material, of an exploratory nature, with a bibliographic review of works related to the theme, involving qualitative assessments of the selected texts, to support the arguments developed in the article, offering readers a direction to questions about the chosen theme.
