Abstract

Compliance has been presented as an institute of great relevance for the legal area. Its implementation in the most diverse branches of activities has become essential to reduce non-compliance with legal parameters. Considering that corruption, especially in public health, is a serious problem in Brazil, we seek through exploratory research to demonstrate that the implementation of compliance in public health would be vital to reduce malfeasance and guarantee a better quality service to citizens.
