Abstract
The present study has as general objectives the discussion about the terminality of life through euthanasia, assisted suicide and orthothanasia and the possible consequences in the scope of Criminal Law. For that purpose, the bibliographical methodology was used, to which the systematic-deductive method was used. At the same time, it concludes that the legal welfare of life is protected in line with the principles of autonomy of will and human dignity.
