Abstract

The objective of the present work is to demonstrate, through the exploratory method and based on data from the National Association of Private Hospitals (Anahp), the growth in the percentages of adherence of private health figures to compliance between the years 2016 and 2019 and the number identified in 2021. The results show that interest in compliance has been growing due to the potential positive results of its implementation, both for the company and for the target audience, including greater transparency, better quality of services, protection of personal data, risk reduction and respect for consumer rights.
