Abstract
This work has the general objective of demonstrating the importance of companies offering training in psychological first aid to their employees. This is an applied, qualitative research with an essentially exploratory purpose. Data collection took place through bibliographical and documental survey and its analysis was deductive. It was found that, despite the fact that work is a source of attacks on the worker's well-being, empathetic reception in psychological emergencies can alleviate their suffering and prevent the development of more serious psychiatric disorders, which contributes to the construction of organizational behavior positive and helps companies achieve their corporate purpose.
