Abstract

 This article aims to highlight how the School Health Program (PSE) has been developing in the country, with a special focus on the state of Rondônia. The main characteristic is the interaction between health and education so that students can have access to this important public policy. The methodology used is bibliographical, exploratory, descriptive and quali-quantitative. The results and discussion demonstrate the degree of adherence to the program in the state of Rondônia and Brazil, as well as its importance for the population involved in question. It is concluded that the Health at School Program (PSE) is a public policy that, by integrating health and education, contributes to school learning, and as predicted by the current management, more than 25 million students should be assisted.
