Abstract

This article aims to bring the theoretical construction of the Reserve of the Possible, focusing on Health. Health is an essential good of and for the human and non-human person. The Brazilian Constitution of 1988 emphasizes that health is everyone's right, like other fundamental rights, due to its unquestionable connection with life, physical and bodily integrity. Therefore, it is necessary to bring the concepts of Health and Reserve of the Possible. To do so, we will start from the following question: Can we find the reserve of the possible in the so-called curative health?
