Abstract
Transformational and participative leadership are essential for promoting quality and effectiveness in organizational strategic planning. This review discusses how these leadership styles influence organizational culture, addressing challenges such as resistance to change and resource constraints. Bibliographic research methods were employed to review relevant studies on the topic. Findings underscore the importance of adaptable leaders in sustaining quality initiatives. It is concluded that investing in the development of these leadership qualities can enhance organizational competitiveness and adaptation.
