This article explores the importance of ESG, highlighting its benefits, such as improved service quality, risk reduction, and enhanced reputation. The qualitative research, based on case studies, reveals that the adoption of ESG contributes to a more ethical, sustainable, and resilient environment, despite implementation challenges.
