Abstract

The objective of this paper is to analyze the economic and social landscape concerning the mishaps arising from labor relations, highlighting the causes and consequences of their financial impacts on the social security budget. It also aims to demonstrate the financial losses and the amount required to cover and manage the expenses of victims due to the lack of safety conditions, with consideration of accident notifications and the potential for reducing the granting of these benefits by improving safety education and techniques.
