Abstract

This article aims to analyze how the institution of the Mental Health Promoting Company Certificate by Law No. 14.831/2024 can help in the construction of a new culture of corporate sustainability. This is qualitative research, with explanatory and descriptive purposes. Data collection occurred through bibliographical research and the analysis method was narrative review. It was found that the Public Power, when proposing guidelines for promoting mental health and allowing employers to adhere, opted for a Collaborative Governance action, which proves to be advantageous given the complexity of the factors that trigger occupational illness. It will be important to define criteria and indicators in order to verify the effective impact of this policy.
