Abstract

The historical and social evolution of the federative form of the Brazilian government goes through constant transmutations due to the simple fact of evolution as a society. In this study, there is an analysis that covers the importance of federative cooperation in the implementation of public policies, highlighting health as a collaborative and fundamental approach to facing complex challenges that a country faces with the purpose of guaranteeing fundamental and social rights
