Abstract

 The article presented aims to study the evolution of humanity, given the technological premises based on the legal situation of each society. We studied everything from the space race to today's most pressing technological developments. And how, based on society's ethics, such advances were welcomed and the harbinger of the breaking of technological frontiers, and how it will be regulated. Its methodological criterion is the bibliographic reference, mainly in quality research, duly pointed out. In the end, it is capable of affirming that such challenges require a continuous reassessment of legal principles and a willingness to adapt to rapid technological and social changes, demanding innovative solutions that respect human dignity and promote justice and equity. Philosophical integration is essential to the future of law, aiming to promote justice and collective well-being.
