Abstract

 With the growing recognition of corporate social responsibility, companies are increasingly incorporating ESG strategies to promote a safer and more inclusive work environment and pursue a positive impact on the communities in which they operate. Within this context, it is crucial to analyze the impact of such strategies, especially in their social component (S), concerning the mental health of female employees who are victims of domestic violence, and how the implementation of support programs, diversity and inclusion policies, awareness campaigns can help prevent and mitigate the cycle of violence affecting the family environment. Also, what would be the implications in the field of family law, and how can these practices be aligned with current legislation.
