Abstract

This article presents a roadmap for the effective implementation of digital transformation in organizations, focusing on the cultural change required to adopt Industry 4.0 principles. The convergence of technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT), Big Data, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) requires a profound change in organizational culture. The study highlights the importance of integration between the business, technology, and sustainability areas, considering ESG aspects. The proposed six-step roadmap aims to help organizations navigate this scenario, promoting technological adoption strategically and sustainably, generating value for the business and society.
