Abstract
This study examines people management in projects, highlighting the human factor as key to success. It presents project concepts, phases, and the role of the host organization. Human resource planning, recruitment, team development, effective communication, conflict management, and motivation are discussed as central pillars. Leadership styles and post-project evaluation are also addressed. The study concludes that managing people is essential to align teams and achieve the expected results
