The impacts of Artificial Inteligence on Social Security

Abstract

This research addresses the use of Artificial Intelligence by the INSS and its influence on the granting of social security benefits. The objectives of this work are to analyze the impacts of AI on Social Security, to propose solutions for adjustments to the technology and to highlight that technology should promote access to justice. Based on the dialectical method, bibliographic and documentary research was carried out, in addition to the analysis of current legislation and Bill No. 2.338/2023. The results demonstrated the opacity of A.I., since technology is not yet able to resolve complex conflicts without human interference. In view of the results presented, it was found the need for constant adaptations, help from civil servants and the regulation of the use of AI in Brazil.
