Abstract

Governance and paradiplomacy are crucial for implementing climate adaptation measures in Brazilian municipalities. This article presents a case study of governance and paradiplomacy in Brazilian municipalities and analyzes how these practices can contribute to the implementation of climate adaptation measures. The results show that effective governance and paradiplomacy can help promote climate adaptation in municipalities, but they also highlight the challenges and limitations faced by local authorities
