Abstract
The main reason for this is the lack of adequate training on the necessary subjects and the way in which this particular subject is approached. The way of teaching applied today needs to be updated for those involved. The research is characterized as exploratory in nature, looking at gamification and the importance of companies adapting to this new dynamic training method for their employees, with the aim of increasing group engagement, innovation, as well as raising individual and organizational professional standards. Considering the global economic context, companies need to adapt to these new changes and keep up with market trends.
