Abstract
In educational settings, we have noticed the difficulty in teaching due to several factors. Since music permeates cognitive, affective and expressive development, a question arises: How can music help in the teaching and learning relationship? Music as a playful element can be used to work on language skills and the components of the linguistic system, as well as to promote interaction, motivation and create a more enjoyable and relaxed learning atmosphere. Because it is a common language for everyone, music allows teachers and students, regardless of their mastery of musical technique, the possibility of working with it in the classroom. The objective of this research is to understand how music can be used as a teaching resource for learning and how it can be used in the presentation of the programmatic contents of each discipline with music, thus highlighting how music can influence people physically and mentally, contributing to personal harmony and facilitating integration between teacher/student and student/student.
