Abstract
Communication failures between school administration and the person in charge of education are common in many schools. Each school seeks a way to adapt to this failure and prevent it from happening again. The aim of the study was to optimize the school's communication process with technology, adopting a social network as a strategic tool to support this occurrence. The result, based on field research and interviews, was that the use of social networks would be a more practical method of reaching the person in charge. The project was only carried out as a study, but was not implemented due to security policy issues at the institution itself.
