Abstract
This text presents my reflections on my practice as an elementary school coordinator and systematizes it with a focus on classroom management and teacher training. Pointing out the positive and negative aspects of my training and performance as a pedagogical coordinator in the municipal network of Santos. The objective is to report the positive and negative points in order to improve and support knowledge through study, as well as the interferences for improving and resizing teaching practice.
