ANALYSIS OF ENVIRONMENTAL AGENDA IN THE PRESS OF SANTOS, ON THE COAST OF SÃO PAULO, IN THE FIRST SEVEN MONTHS OF THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC Nara Assunção Silva

Abstract

The present study analyzes the news published in the regional press during the first seven months of the Covid-19 pandemic. Disease that brought different reflections to the current society, highlighting the important role of the press in this moment of uncertainty and false news. For the survey, five relevant news sites from Santos were consulted, covering the Metropolitan Region of Baixada Santista: Tribuna, Jornal da Orla, Jornal Boqnews, Folha Santista and Diário do Litoral.
