Main Article Content
Abstract
This article seeks to understand the contribution of family constellations in a context of litigation as part of the Public Policy of the Judiciary, offered as a strategy to empower the individual as an integral being, capable of analyzing the situations in which he finds himself under an expanded field of vision, favoring individual transformation and collective action, from a systemic and integrative perspective. It presents a review of the literature based on a bibliographical survey of productions - studies, articles, research, dissertations, theses - in Scientific Bases, such as Scielo, Bireme, VHL-Psi and others that analyze the topic in question and investigate which aspects can be enhanced by family constellations in these contexts. Among the main references are Capra and Mattei (2018), Céspedes (2017), Duarte and Rodrigues, 2018, Gonçalves (2010), González Rey (2004), Hellinger (2008), Lacerda et al (2018), Lucachinsky and Lippman ( 2017) and Storch (2018) among others. The systemic perspective and Family Constellations break with the defensive posture of the traditional litigation model, allowing the activation of internal resources so that the participant becomes aware of the origin of the conflict, promoting a better understanding of the procedural context, offering a new perspective to the judicial environment.
