Abstract

The protection of traditional knowledge is a relevant and contemporary, which has aroused interest in many multilateral organizations, these actions to preserve the culture of a population goes beyond their specific way of life, the recording and transmission of traditional knowledge through verbal repertoire oral-to their offspring - a link between effective past, present and future - and the stories are collected ethnic and anthropological value by force and always content with some subliminal message of guidance conduct and behavior of the local population, as a property right to memory of the native people of the area of the Ecological Station of Juréia-Itatins.
