Abstract

The blog Ideas and ideals in the discipline of the Portuguese of Graduation in Business Administration and Accounting seeks to improve the discursive competence of students, promoting critical reading and production of original works. Furthermore, we aim at the assumption of an ethical and proactive student attitude toward social issues. In the instructional sequence, it promotes reflective thinking, by reading different text types and the use of ICTs and social networks. The final production is voluntary, as it seeks the realization that writing is a speech act and the blog exponentially expands the reach of it.
