Abstract

This study explored the impact of adapted pedagogical interventions on the development of a student with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) level 3, focusing on the areas of communication, social interaction, adaptation to routines and academic learning of basic concepts. By implementing personalized strategies and structured teaching resources, a significant improvement was observed in essential skills for the inclusion and integral development of the student. Through direct observations, analysis of educational documents, and personalized interventions, the study identified notable advances in students' ability to interact socially, communicate, and actively participate in academic activities. The role of the Specialized Educational Assistance (AEE) teacher and multidisciplinary collaboration were fundamental in adapting interventions to the student's specific needs, highlighting the importance of an inclusive and student-centered educational approach. The results reinforce the existing literature on the effectiveness of specialized interventions for students with ASD and highlight the need for more research to optimize pedagogical practices in this context. This study contributes to a deeper understanding of the strategies that promote the academic and social progress of students with level 3 ASD, highlighting the relevance of flexible and adapted educational practices.
