Abstract

Logistics is an area that is responsible for carrying out storage activities, transportation planning, stock controls, product distribution, obtaining raw materials, and adheres to all these procedures effectively, in order to result of satisfaction levels. Therefore, this present study aims to demonstrate the need to carry out the operationalization of all logistics processes related to the supply chain of a certain company, independent of branch of activity.
