Abstract

 The movement of goods has always been of fundamental importance for human survival, from its discovery to the present day, the retroport terminals are of great importance, not only for the economy, but for the purpose that was created, to unburden the port terminals and to speed up the processes. The port of Santos currently has 30 retroport terminals and they are called Redex, maintained by private companies, with the objective of preparing and consolidating cargo for delivery to the port operator and for export. The present study was carried out with the objective of highlighting the complexities and challenges that private companies in the retroport sector have, meeting all the requirements to remain in the labor market, even in times of crisis and pandemic, maintaining the staff, complying with the sanitary requirements and standards required by the Federal Revenue.
