PCD VACANCIES IN THE PORT ENVIRONMENT: REFLECTIONS ON DIVERSITY AND CAPACITY IN THE PORT OF SANTOS

Abstract

This article's main objective is to understand main aspects of the legislation related to the rights of People with Disabilities (PWD) and its application in the terminals of the Port of Santos. The study also intends to identify and comment on the accessibility barriers present in the port environment, with the aim of developing strategies to promote social inclusion and the active participation of PWD in the Port of Santos.
