Abstract

This project aimed to emphasizing the changes occurred due to pandemic in the port labor forces, presenting some of difficult found by port labors and which technological developments were needed to an effectiveness and accurate work. The project was made using explorative and descriptive method of search. Were made interviews with people from port area, as well question forms to identify those impacts and changes caused by pandemic. Those results shows that port sector is under updates and the labor force must be in continues updated to be ready for the changes.
