This work shows an occurrence in a railway company, where there was no appropriate system for the incident, which led to the development of an Emergency Care Map (MAE), aimed at victims and emergency care and security professionals, where an emergency action plan (PAE) was developed, involving a wide range of segments the company, such as the internal accident prevention commission (CIPA), safety engineers, specialized service in occupational safety and medicine and civil and military firefighters. In order to evaluate the implanted system, five questions were sent to thirty employees of the company, formed by technicians engineers and managers, using the Microsoft Forms software, which showed that 61.8% of the answers considered the implanted system to be of great relevance.
